The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ichak P.S. Case No. 126/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35, 25(6), 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Smt. Priyanka Chopra, learned J.M., 1st Class, Hazaribagh. 3. On 08.10.2024, Ichak Police apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons and on search, a loaded country-made pistol was recovered from his possession. 4. Learned A.P.P. has submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 5. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
