The petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to extend the period for construction of building over the plots allotted to the petitioner and not to interfere in its possession. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent Corporation has placed on record an order dated 13.03.2018 by which allotment of Plot Nos. - B-3 & D-9 was cancelled and another communication dated 13.03.2018 by which the petitioner was informed that allotment of Plot No. D-8 has been cancelled. Another order dated 13.03.2018 has also been placed by which allotment of Plot Nos. B-1 and B-2 has been cancelled. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid orders. 4.
