However, in para no.8, it is stated that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) to the credit of the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerks Association Chennai. Hence, it is clarified that it is enough for the petitioner to deposit Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) to the credit of Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerks Association Chennai. The other conditions imposed in the order dated 07.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.1781 of 2025 shall remain unaltered.
