By this Judgment and Decree the Suit from which the present petition arises in challenge to an order dated 03.09.2024 directing the petitioners/original defendants to deposit certain sums of money, has been dismissed. 2. he Trial Court has also observed in its order that apart from the Suit of the respondents/original plaintifs being dismissed, all interlocutory orders passed in favour of the 11th June 2025 18-WP-711-2024.DOC plaintifs/respondents herein stand vacated. As a consequence of this order, the impugned order dated 03.09.2024 would stand vacated. his petition is therefore rendered infructuous in view of the Judgment and Decree passed by the Trial Court. 3. he Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
