Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 28.06.2023 (Annexure P-1) & 05.09.2023 (Annexure P-2) before the State government under Section 3 of Part 4 of the Revenue Book Circular. Considering the submission made, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. He is also at liberty to file interim application before the concerned authorities and the concerned authorities shall decide the same within 5 days from the date of filling of appeal before the State government. 3.
