GP FOR REVENUE 2 The Court made the following ORAL ORDER: Heard Sri Narasimhulu Parise, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri Arjun Chowdary, learned Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue. 2. Learned Asst. Government Pleader has submitted the Written Instructions, dated: 27.12.2024 along with certain documents furnished by the Tahsildar, Khajipet Mandal (Respondent No.4). Copies of it are supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same are taken on record. 3. The relevant portion is usefully extracted hereunder: “The land being an extent of Ac.1.00 Cents in Sy.No.298-2, Ac. 1.00 Cents in Sy.No.298-3 (total extent Ac.2.00 Cents) situated at Miduthuru Village of Khajipet Mandal, YSR Kadapa District was noted as AW as per the RSR and it was originally assigned to Late Pedda Thumula Galla Chinna Veeraiah S/o. Veeranna, where the said land was transferred to Jinka Arun Kumar S/o. Prasad, who is Grandson of Original Assignee. He and his ancestors are in enjoyment from the date of assignment. None of the notices relating to disposes of the said land are issued to the petitioner.” 4. The above Written Instructions would indicate that the Official Respondents have never interfered with the possession of the Writ Petitioner nor the Tahsildar, Khajipet Mandal (Respondent No.4) had issued any Proceedings against the Writ Petitioner. The above extract would confirm the fact that the subject land was recorded in the name of the Writ Petitioner itself, who is the grandson of the original assignee. It is also stated that the Writ Petitioner and his ancestors are in enjoyment of the subject property from the date of assignment. 5. Having regard to the above facts, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition at the admission stage, without going into merit. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 3 7.
