An accused who misuses the concession of bail is not entitled to get release on bail again. The entire jurisprudence of bail revolves around the conduct of the accused. A liberal approach had already been taken in favour of the petitioner but he made utter breach of the conditions. He cannot be left on liberty under constructive custody.
