It is submitted that petitioner was transferred to Jangareddygudem depot on 22.01.2008 and the petitioner expired on 23.10.2013 while working at Jangareddygudem depot and all eligible payments including final settlement amounts were paid to the legal heir of the deceased petitioner by 2018 itself.” 2 As of now, no steps are being initiated to file LR petition. Thus by taking note of the respondent’s stand in the counter that the petitioner expired on 23.10.2013 and as of now, no LR petition has been filed, this Writ Petition is dismissed as Abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
