Sandhawalia , Chief Justice (Oral) Applications for extension of time and exemption have become infructuous in view of the earlier order passed on 07.10.2025. 2. Mr. Balram Sharma, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India submits that process to file SLP is on the way. 3. The amount of Rs. 31,82,927/- already stands deposited as noticed in order dated 13.11.2025. It is to be noticed that the judgment, execution of which is sought, is dated 06.12.2024 and the Review Petition was dismissed on 11.07.2025. 3 2025:HHC:45120 4. In such circumstances, we see no plausible reason, why the amount, which is due to the petitioner(s), who are retired employees, be not released to them. The Union of India cannot take its sweet time as such to file SLP. 5. Resultantly, the amount be disbursed to the petitioner(s) with the undertaking that in case, the SLP is allowed, the amount shall be refunded, subject to appropriate orders to be passed by the Apex Court. 6. Accordingly, we dispose off the present Execution Petitions having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stands disposed off. Accordingly, liberty is given to the petitioner(s) to approach the Registrar (Accounts) for release of amounts. (G. S.
