The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 08.09.2020 passed by respondent No.2 and impugned order dated 12.02.2025 passed by respondent No.3 (Annexure Nos. 1 & 2 to this writ petition). II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in the peaceful possession of petitioner on the disputed plot." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
