The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the case. It appears that the matter is pending since 2020 and this Court is informed that charges were framed on 8th June, 2022. In view of the above, the learned Trial Court is directed to take the proceeding to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as the business of the Court would permit, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.
