Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 18.03.2025 passed by the Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj in Case No. 1477 of 2023 [Computer Case No. C202302000001477] (Annexure No. 9); ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 25.08.2023 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Manjhanpur, District Kaushambi in Case No. RST/00846/2021 [Computerised Case No. T202102420300846](Annexure No. 7);" 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that petitioner has alternative remedy of filing second appeal under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the availability of alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
