The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Giddi P.S. Case No. 106 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.783 of 2025, S.T. Case No.211 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 103(1) & 238 of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, subsequently, charge framed under Sections 61, 103(1), 111(2) & 111(3) of the B.N.S., pending in the court of Shri Prabhakar Singh, learned Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Hazaribagh. On 04.12.2024, the son of the informant went missing. Later on, his dead body was recovered. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R and his name has come in the confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner on his pointing out. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Prabhakar Singh, learned Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Hazaribagh, in connection with Giddi P.S.
