Ms. Bandhopadhya submits, that as narrated in Status Report dated 19.01.2026, the petitioner’s name was forwarded for being reviewed/downgraded from a Bundle-A history sheeter; whereupon, vidé communication dated 06.03.2026 approved by the DCP alongwith the general diary entry dated 07.03.2026, the petitioner’s name has been downgraded from Bundle-A history-sheeter to Bundle-B history-sheeter for the time being; and he is now subject to random discrete surveillance.
