Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lalpur P.S. Case No. 106 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 1917 of 2025 for the offence registered under Section 305(b) of the B.N.S., 2023 and cognizance has been taken for the offences under Sections 303(2), 317 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Shri Gautam Gobinda, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. On 21.03.2025 at about 8.00 am, the motorcycle of the informant parked outside the Tuition centre at Lalpur, was stolen by unknown person. 4. It was submitted that nothing incrimination has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Gautam Gobinda, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, or his successor, in connection with Lalpur P.S.
