After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file regular bail before the learned Court. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection. 5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 6. It is made clear that if the petitioners move before the learned Court for regular bail, the same will be decided in accordance with law without being prejudiced to this Order.
