1. None appears on behalf of the applicants to press this revision petition on repeated calls, when the matter is called out.
2. Mr. Jitendra Shrivastava, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent/ State is present.
3. The present criminal revision has been filed by the applicants with following prayer:
“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 03.07.2021 and may kindly be pleased to discharge the applicants from the Charges under sections 294, 506, 323/34 (3 Times), 307/34 of Indian Penal Code, in the interest of justice.”
4. In view of the communication made by the trial Court concerned regarding disposal of Sessions Trial No.32/2021, it seems that the criminal case has been disposed of and as such, the matter has become infructuous.
5. Accordingly, instant criminal revision is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
