Present applicant–Gajendra, is seeking bail in relation to first information report dated 20.04.2023 bearing FIR No. 01 of 2023, Police Station Revenue Circle Samalta of Tehsil Kalsi, District Dehradun, wherein the present applicant has been implicated for the offence punishable under Section 302 IPC with the allegation that he killed his wife by a sharp edged weapon. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is no one to look after the minor daughter of the present applicant, therefore, the present applicant be released on bail. 5. Per Contra, learned State Counsel Mr. Sandeep Sharma, vehemently opposed this bail application by saying that there are credible evidences against the present applicant and the sharp edged weapon, which was used in the crime, was also recovered. 6. After hearing the arguments as advanced by learned counsel for the parties, this Court is of the view that the applicant is not entitled for bail. 7. Accordingly, the bail application is rejected.
