ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“....a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 3'''^ respondent in not conducting investigation inspite of Representation in Crime in FIR 56/2017 dt. 26.01.2017 and also the action of respondents 4 and 5 in determining to entertain the sale deeds in respect of my land in an extent of 9.63 cents in Sy. No.7/4A3/a of Narava Village Pendurthi Mandal, Prakasam Dt. at the instance of Respondents 6 to 8 though they does not have right or title over the Petitioners land as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the Respondent 3 to conduct Investigation and take action against respondents 6 to 8 in Crime no. 56/2017 dt. 26-01-2017 and also direct respondents 4 and 5 not to entertain any sale deeds in respect of Petitioners property in an extent of Ac. 9.63 cents in Sy No 7/4A3/a in Narava village, Pendurthi Mandal, Visakhapatnam Dt. either in plots or in total at the instance of respondents 6 to 8 pendina disposal of the Writ Petition. ” ^
