Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to consider the representation filed dated 22.11.2024, 25.11.2024 and 28.11.2024 i.e., Annexure-D1 to D7 & Annexure-F1 to F3 respectively. 2. To direct the Respondent No.2 to open the examination activities portal and students registration portal and further to grant the Petition Institution the access to use the said software for carrying out the School/institutional activities of the Petitioner Institution. 3. To direct the Respondent No.2 to permit the students of Petitioner Institution studying in III year of GNM Course and facilitate the attendance of examination of the said students. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:16866 WP No. 32895 of 2024 4. To pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and necessary considering the facts and circumstances of the case." 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the representations dated 22.11.2024, 25.11.2024 and 28.11.2024 at Annexures-D1 to D7 and Annexures-F1 to F3 respectively submitted to the respondents have not been considered so far by the respondents nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider the representations dated 22.11.2024, 25.11.2024 and 28.11.2024 at Annexures-D1 to D7 and Annexures-F1 to F3 respectively and pass appropriate - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:16866 WP No. 32895 of 2024 orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order bearing in mind the pleadings of documents available in this petition. 6.
