Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ved Byas Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 2. This writ petition has been filed against a recovery certificate dated 07.02.2025. Earlier also various efforts had been made by the respondents to recover the various amounts from the petitioner. However, since the petitioner was to approach the Arbitrator as per the decision of this Court in Maa Bhawani Rice Mill & Anr. vs. State of Uttar Pradesh & Ors. reported in (2014) 4 AWC 4286, we do not consider it a fit case for interference by this Court. 3. The petitioner, if so advised, may approach the Arbitrator. If any recovery is being pursued by the respondents, the petitioner can apply for appropriate relief by moving an application before the arbitrator itself. 4.
