No. DI/COE/14025(34)/77/2024, dated 5.11.2024 is highly illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, biased, malafide and in violation of Articles 14 and 19(1) (g) of the Constitution of India and conseguently direct the 3rd respondent to conduct public auction for leasing of rights for collection of human hair for a period of one year from the 3rd respondent-Devasthanam and to pass...” respondent \ Aggrieved by the action of the 3'^'^ respondent in not conducting public auction for lease hold rights for collection of human hair for a period of one year pursuant to the direction issued by the 2'^'^ respondent vide L.Dis.No.D1/COE/14025(34)/77/2024, dated 05.11.2024 Executive Director of the subject devasthanam was directed to conduct e- tender, sealed tender and public auction afresh by giving wide publicity and by following the procedure as per rules, the petitioner has filed the present petition. 2. \ wherein the 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Endowments. Today when the writ petition came up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel has produced a copy of instructions of the 3'^'^ respondent herein dated 28.12.2024, wherein it is stated that the 3'^'^ respondent has conducted the auction for the lease hold rights for collection of human hair for five times through e-tender, but, however, they were postponed on various reasons. Ultimately, the auction was held on 15.10.2024 wherein the 4. ▼ petitioner has also participated in the said auction and one Sri. J. Chinna Srinu was declared as the highest bidder for lease hold rights for collection of human hair for the period 16.10.2024 to 15.10.2025. In view of the fact that the lease hold rights for collection of human hair were already issued in favour of Sri. J. Chinna Srinu, Proddutur, Y.S.R. District, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause survives in the present writ petition. 5. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
