Notice sent to the 2 respondent is served, however, there is no representation today also. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nandigama, whereby the Criminal Revision Petition No.86 of 2018 was filed by the petitioner, which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 2. 15.11.2024. The learned Sessions Judge has observed that though the petition is filed in the year 2018 challenging the order passed by the learned Magistrate, granting Rs.2,000/- per month each to the petitioners therein towards their maintenance in M.C.No.25 of 2015 on the file of Additional Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jaggayyapeta, the petitioner did not prefer the application and get ready in the matter. It is submitted that the maintenance payment is being made regularly. 3. Considering the same, this Court is inclined to set aside the order passed by the XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nandigama, in Criminal Revision Petition No.86 of 2018 granting one more final opportunity for the 4. petitioner to pursue the Criminal Revision Petition. It is also to be noted that, the MC case is filed in the year, 2015 and the XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nandigama, shall make the endeavor to dispose of the Criminal Revision Petition along with MC case as 5. expeditiously as possible. 3 HN,J Crl.P.No.95n of 2024 6.
