The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 09.08.2024, the copy of which is produced at Annexure – G. 2. By way of Annexure – G, the petitioner is calling upon the 2nd respondent to restore the khata in his favour in the light of the order passed by the Regional Commissioner on 12.07.2024, the copy of which is also produced at Annexure – F. 3. Since the petitioner contends that the Regional Commissioner has set aside the order by which khata standing in his name was cancelled, it is obvious that the khata would have to be restored in the name of the petitioner as before. 4. In the light of the above, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the said representation dated - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:7550 WP No. 35270 of 2024 09.08.2024 and pass appropriate orders keeping in mind the order of the Regional Commissioner dated 12.07.2024. 5.
