Whereas coming to this revision, the petitioner/ accused filed this revision case questioning the orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.61 of 2010 in S.C.No.340 of 2009 seeking discharge on the ground that the ingredients under Section 302 IPC are not at all established. 3. In view of the disposal of the S.C.No.340 of 2009 and subsequent disposal of the Crl.A.No.456 of 2012, this Court finds force in the submission of the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor that this revision case has became infructuous. 4. In the result, this criminal revision case is dismissed as infructous.
