2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 122 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 304(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66B, 66C, 66D & 84C of the Information and Technology Amendment Act, 2008, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Cyber Crime, Deoghar.

On 30.08.2025, at about 06:00 P.M., Cyber Police, Deoghar, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled at Pespur Jangal, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons. On search, a mobile phone is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
4. It was submitted that no victim has come forward to claim that the mobile phone which was recovered from the possession of the petitioner was used in cheating anybody and this fact has been mentioned at Paragraph-14 of the Bail Application.
5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Cyber Crime, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 122 of 2025.
