The impugned order was only an interim maintenance granted by the learned Judge Family Court- Cum-Additional District Judge, East Godavari at Rajahmundry. The revision 2 Dr.YLR, J Crl.R.C.No.2117 of 2011 Dated 26.03.2025 was filed in the year 2011. Now, the 2nd respondent has attained majority. With the above observation, the revision case is disposed of. As can be seen from the case status M.C.No.15 of 2011 was partly allowed on vide orders dated 30.06,2017. So, the revision case is liable to be disposed of as infructuous. The parties are at liberty to avail appropriate remedies as per civil law. There shall be no order as to costs.
