THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 33228 OF 2013 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“…..to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent issuing impugned tender notice vide proceeding Roc No.684/2011/E2, dt 8.11.2013 inviting agencies to supply of Computer Operators to the 1st respondent office while the registered workers of the petitioner agency continuing the outsourcing contract as arbitrary, illegal and unfair and against the principles of natural justice consequently set aside impugned tender notice Roc No. 684/2011/E2, dt 8.11.2013 issued by the 1st respondent and pass such other orders....”
2. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that the time period of contract was 2013-14. In view of passage of time and changed circumstances; the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for an adjudication by this Court.
