This second application for interim bail has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS on behalf of the petitioner, who has been arrested in connection with FIR No.806/2022 registered at Police Station Kotwali Baran, District Baran for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 341, 452 & 143 of IPC. Charge-sheet has been filed for offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 341, 147, 148, 460, 302, 149, 326 & 324 of IPC. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that marriage (nikah) of sister of petitioner is scheduled on 05.02.2025 and he is the only male member of the family to look after arrangements of marriage. Thus, he prays for grant of interim bail to the petitioner. [2025:RJ-JP:4133] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-719/2025] 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has verified the fact of marriage of petitioner’s sister. 4. I have considered the contentions. 5. Considering the fact that marriage of the petitioner's sister is scheduled on 05.02.2025, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner deserves indulgence of interim bail on humanitarian ground so as to enable him to make arrangements of his sister’s marriage. 6. This second bail application is accordingly allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner Afsan Khan S/o Abdul Hakeem, shall be released on interim bail till 10.02.2025 provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.
