Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J Learned Additional Advocate General has handed over a cheque in the sum of Rs.5000/- drawn in the name of petitioner to his learned counsel in terms of previous order towards cost. 2. Pursuant to the detailed order passed in this execution petition on 12.12.2025, learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record fresh consideration order dated 30.12.2025, in terms of which, the respondents have extended the benefits of the decision 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 rendered in Roop Lal Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.2 in favour of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in view of petitioner being 72 years of age, the respondents be directed to take further consequential action pursuant to the aforesaid office order by releasing the monetary benefits in his favour within a time-bound schedule. 4. In view of above, considering the age of the petitioner as also the office order now placed by the respondents, the petition to stand disposed of by directing the respondents to release the benefits flowing to the petitioner in terms of above office order within six weeks.
