Learned counsel for the petitioner instead of pressing the present writ petition on merit submits that he will be satisfied if a liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the respondent No.4-The Land Acquisition Officer by way of filing a representation for redressal of his grievances along with a copy of notice dated [2025:RJ-JD:2019] (2 of 2) [CW-3271/2023] 28.12.2015 (Annex.R/8) annexed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.16375. He, therefore, prays that the respondent No.4-The Land Acquisition Officer may be directed to consider and decide the same at the earliest. 3. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent No.4-The Land Acquisition Officer for redressal of his grievances. 4. In the event of filing such representation by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided by the respondent No.4- The Land Acquisition Officer at the earliest preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation, strictly in accordance with law, keeping in mind the notice dated 28.12.2015 (Annex.R/8) annexed in S.B.
