The petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) : “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for records of the case from the respondent. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the award passed by the Labour Court No. 1, Raipur in case 38/ID Act/2017/Reference to the extent of rejecting the reference relating to computation of amount admissible to the petitioner and further the matter may kindly be remitted back to the Labour Court for fresh adjudication, only on the question of quantum of the amount of difference of salary and benefits under the Majithia Wage Board as referred by the State. 10.3 Any other relief or relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court may think proper in view of the -2- facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted.” 2. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit that the issue involved in this petition is no longer res integra and this petition is squarely covered with the judgment passed by this Court in batch of writ petitions leading case of which being WPL No.203 of 2025 parties being Santosh Yadav Versus Naidunia which was decided on 24.04.2026. 3. In the light of the submission made herein-above, this Court is of the opinion that this petition is squarely covered with the judgment rendered by this Court in WPL No.203 of 2025 decided on 24.04.2026 in case of Santosh Yadav Versus Naidunia. 4.
