The petitioners are claiming one additional increment as per Resolution dated 28.02.2009 (Annexure-2) at page No.73 in the Finance Department and read with Annexure-5 i.e., Resolution Dated 18.01.2017 issued by the Planning-cum-Finance Department, Government of Jharkhand. 3. It is the case of the petitioners that since they have completed 06 months of service, in terms of the said resolution, they are entitled for one additional increment w.e.f. 01.01.2016. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that if the petitioners file a fresh representation annexing all the documents before the Secretary, Department of School Education and Literacy -respondent No.2, their case will be considered and if it is found that the petitioners are entitled for any relief, the same will be extended to the petitioners. 5. Considering the submission of the parties, I direct the petitioners to file a representation within four weeks before the Secretary, Department of School Education and Literacy - respondent No.2. On receipt of the said representation, the case of the petitioners will be considered within six weeks and if it is necessary to place the case before any committee or any authority, the same should be placed during the said period. 6. If it is found that the petitioners are entitled for any relief, appropriate relief will be granted within four weeks thereafter. 7. If the claim of the petitioners is rejected, the reasons should be communicated to the petitioners within the aforesaid period. 8.
