Learned counsel representing the parties are ad idem that the present Appeal is required to be disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 03.09.2025 [hereinafter referred to as “Settlement Agreement”] under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (“SAMADHAN”). 2. In view of the prayer made by learned counsel representing the parties, the present Appeal is disposed of in terms of Settlement Agreement, which shall form part of the Decree. 3. Furthermore, the Registry is directed to release the amount to the respective parties in accordance with the Settlement Agreement, out of Rs.3,47,135/- alleged to have been deposited in this Court.
