The present petition is disposed of on 24/02/2025 by recording a statement of the learned Additional Government Advocate and by accepting the suggestion by the learned Amicus Curiae to expedite the present process of registration of Deeds through the Court Superintendent appointed by the Executing Court and the Court was apprised that a separate mechanism for uploading such deeds on the website of the office of Sub-Registrar shall receive approval in due time. Several other directions were 08th April 2025 PILSM 2 OF 2024 also issued which included filing of an affidavit by the State Registrar placing on record the status of the steps taken as regards the utilisation of the additional space to expand the office of Sub- Registrar Bardez. 2.
