The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Khunti P.S. Case No. 05 of 2024 [arising out of complaint case No. 109 of 2023], registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khunti.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the agreement was made for sale between the informant and one Nirmla Sanga @ Nirmla Sneh Lata Topno. He further submits that anticipatory bail application being A.B.A. No. 7367 of 2024 of Nirmla Sanga @ Nirmla Sneh Lata Topno has been disposed of on the basis of notice under section 41-A Cr.P.C. and pursuant to that Nirmla Sanga @ Nirmla Sneh Lata Topno appeared before the learned court and she has been enlarged on bail. He next submits that the other co-accused has already been provided the privilege of anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 5825 of 2025 by this court. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there.

Considering that the other co-accused has already been provided the privilege of anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 5825 of 2025 by this court, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender before the learned court within four weeks from today and in the event of her surrender / arrest, the petitioner, named above, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty-five thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khunti, in connection with Khunti P.S. Case No. 05 of 2024 [arising out of complaint case No. 109 of 2023], subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
