The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ratu P.S. Case No.332 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 80 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners happened to be the mother-in-law and father-in-law respectively of the deceased and in the FIR itself it has been stated that two of the brothers have partitioned the property among themselves and these petitioners are residing separately. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer 2025:JHHC:38332 --2-- A.B.A. No. 7332 of 2025 and submits that the petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law respectively of the deceased. 5. Considering that the petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law respectively of the deceased and it has been pointed out that they are residing separately not along with sons and in that view of the matter the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within four weeks and the learned Court shall release the petitioners on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
