In terms of the settlement arrived at, an amount of Rs. 4.5 Lac shall be paid by respondent No. 3 to the petitioner in three equal installments of Rs.1.5 Lac each. The first installment shall be made good on or before 30.11.2025; the second installment shall be made good on or before 31.12.2025 and third installment on or before 31.01.2026.
