By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner claims to be senior most medical officer and is entitled to have the charge of Superintendent of Community Health Centre, Ghosi District Mau. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that this requires determination of certain facts viz a viz other health officer accordingly petitioner in the first instance must approach the competent authority in the matter. It is submitted that the Chief Medical Officer, District Mau is the competent authority in the matter. 4. In such above view of the matter, this petition stands disposed of with the direction to petitioner to make representation in the above regard to the respondent No. 5 within a period of two weeks from today and in the event any such representation is made, the respondent No. 5 is directed to consider and dispose it of, strictly in accordance with law within a further period of 30 days.
