Petitioner has been made accused in connection with POCSO Case No. 84 of 2025 arising out of Tandwa P.S. Case No. 151 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 96, 64(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 4 of POCSO Act (charge has been framed under section 96, 64(1), 137(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 4 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Chatra. 3. On 26.07.2025, petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the daughter of the Informant. Attention has been drawn towards the statement of the victim recorded during the trial in which she has stated that she was having affairs with the petitioner. She has further stated that her father was not ready to solemnize their marriage, due to which, she left the lawful guardianship according to her own wish. Victim has stated her age to be 18 ½ years. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Chatra in connection with POCSO Case No. 84 of 2025 arising out of Tandwa P.S.
