By order dated 17.05.2024, this court has appointed Mr. Brahma Deo Mishra (Retired District Judge, Varanasi), to act as sole arbitrator for resolution of the dispute between the parties. Office was directed to obtain his consent in terms of Section 11(8) of the Act. 2. The record reveals that Mr. Brahma Deo Mishra (Retired District Judge, Varanasi) has given his consent to act as sole arbitrator by letter dated 16.07.2024. Accordingly, the parties are permitted to approach the arbitrator, namely, Mr. Brahma Deo Mishra (Retired District Judge, Varanasi), for settlement of disputes between them. 3.
