1. The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.0018, dated 09.02.2025 registered under Sections 354-A IPC at Police Station City-1, Malerkotla, District Malerkotla.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 28.03.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigation Officer and has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Anayat Khan, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further investigation.
