Their prayer for anticipatory bail was dismissed by the learned Sessions Judge, observing that in the FIR and complaint they are not named and therefore, there are no reasonable grounds to apprehend arrest. Learned High Court Government Pleader has submitted on instruction from the concerned police that so far no materials are collected to connect the petitioners with the crime. 4. Complaint is lodged by the Food Inspector, KGF alleging that certain persons are involved in illegal re-filling of gas cylinders and selling the same to the public in a shed belonging to one Rashid Khan near Pandaram line, Kuppam Main road, KGF. 5. FIR is registered against two un-known persons. As of now there are no materials collected against the petitioners. Hence, there is no apprehension of arrest. Petition is accordingly, disposed of.
