Dubey, A.P.P. --- 02 / 27.01.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barwadih P.S. Case No. 32 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. No. 592 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 2023, pending in the court of Smt. Swati Vijay Upadhyay, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Latehar. 3. On 17.04.2021, husband of the Informant was murdered in his house. Suspicion has been raised upon the petitioner and co-accused persons that they might have committed his murder due to previous enmity. 4. Mr. Nandan Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that apart from suspicion, there is other material against the petitioner on the record. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered on the pointing out of the petitioner. 5. Mr. Subodh Kumar Dubey, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. Swati Vijay Upadhyay, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Latehar in connection with Barwadih P.S. Case No. 32 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. No. 592 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
