“....a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 4^^ respondent in registering the written complaint dated 12-11-2024 submitted by the petitioner as an FIR and conducting investigation thereon, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 14. of the Constitution of India, and contrary to the procedure contemplated under the provisions of BN3S Act, consequently direct the 4^^ respondent to register the petitioners complaint dated 12-11-2024 as an FIR, and investigate the matter in accordance with law. ”

2. written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint dated 13.02.2025 lodged by the Petitioner, a case has been registered. 3. For ready reference, the written instructions are extracted hereunder:
“It is submitted that, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the Station House Officer, Thullur, Guntur District on 13.02.2025, he stated that, he is having 5.55 Acres of cultivation land. Which property inherited from his father at Pedaparimi village In his land he is doing cultivation by cotton crop and Black gram and Red Gram. On 07.11.2024 at night time the accused Putti Hanumantha Rao s/o Ramaiah, Lakkaraju Garlapadu, Sathanapalli and Some others was Criminal trespassed into his fields and plowed the fields through tractor and damaged entire crop. Worth Rs. 4,50,000/-. Basing on the contents of the complaint a cse was registered as Or.No. 31/2025 U/s. 329(3), 324(5) r/w 3(5) BNS of Thullur PS. registered against Putti Hanumantha Rao and some others, the said case is under investigation. It is further submitted that, the 4^^ Respondent did not received any representation on 12.11.2024.”
4. Sri Dondeti Atchuthananda, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 5. There shall be no order as to costs.
