Leaned counsel for the petitioner has some reservations to the aforesaid office order and seeks liberty to assail the same in accordance with law. 3. In view of the documents placed on record and the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, present proceedings are closed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner seeks appropriate remedy for the redressal of his surviving grievances, if any, in accordance with law.
