DATED :- 22nd September, 2025 P.C.: The learned Advocate General has informed us that the steps have been taken to fill up the vacant post in the office of the Sub Registrar/District Registrar, and this include the post of District Registrar by promotion as well as the post of Civil Registrar cum Registrar. In the wake of the aforesaid, the first grievance in the petition as regards filling up of the vacant post is redressed. 22nd September, 2025 2025:BHC-GOA:1779-DB PILSM 2 of 2024 We are also informed by Mr Karpe that as far as the second issue which we have highlighted in our order dated 23.06.2025, is also worked out, as the decrees passed by the Court are now immediately uploaded through NIC on the official portal, and mechanism is worked out smoothly. The learned Advocate General also assures us that the directions as regards the allotment of additional space shall also be taken into consideration by the Registrar.
