Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Giridih (M) P.S. Case No. 116 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 323/376 of the Indian Penal Code (cognizance has been taken under section 323/376(2)(n) of the Indian Penal Code), pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Giridih. 3. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix who is a married lady. Later, the petitioner refused to marry her. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner could not have married the prosecutrix as she was already married from before. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Giridih in connection with Giridih (M) P.S.
