Case Of the Prosecution, in brief, iS that, On 07.ll.2024, on receipt of credible information, the Sub-Inspector of Police, Tada Police Station, along With his Staff and mediators, While conducting raid near Sricity Zero point of Tada mandaI, found Al to A4 in possession Of 2O.8 Kgs of Ganja. The contraband was seized under cover of a mediators report and a case has been registered against the accused. 4. Heard. PerusedthereCOrd. 5. The petitioner/Al was arrested On 07.ll.2024 and s-lnce then he is in judicial custody. The quantity of Ganja allegedly seized from the possession of accused is 20.8 Kgs. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor Submitted that major portion Of investigation is completed and for Want Of inventory and RFSL report, the charge sheet is not yet filed. 6. ln view Of the aforesaid facts and Circumstances Of the case, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/Al on the following conditions. i) The petitioner/Al shall be released On bail On his executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten i= i. \yzzzzzz4 3 .. Thousand only) with two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the, learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nellore, SPSR Nellore district. ii) On_ release, the petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e., on every Saturday between 10.00 am and 01.00 pm, till filing of the charge sheet. 7.
