Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition on the ground that charge sheet was filed by the Police. 3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State is in attendance. 4. Permission is accorded. 5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
